After group member Pleasure P departed from Pretty Ricky back in 2007 to work on his solo career. Pretty Ricky has struggled to find a fitting replacement for a lead singer. As the group went on to release more music without him things came to a halt. Leaving Pretty Ricky with no new singles since 2011 or an album since 2009. In an 2014 interview with BET Pleasure P stated:
“Despite past drama, I will connect with my old group if fans want me to.”
Pretty Ricky announced November 2016 that the group has joined forces again to do one last album and a tour in 2017.
Pleasure P gives the fans a small glimpse on his Instagram account of what their future album will sound like.
With chart topping hits like “Grind With Me” and “On The Hotline” this high anticipated album and tour is bound to have fans going crazy. The album will be executive produced by Rico Love.
