With just weeks away from the most anticipated break of all time, MEFeater decided to give you 3 things you must do over your Summer break. 

1. Stunt – feat. The Fashion Destination Guide.

Yes, we said it! Stunt for absolutely no reason. Put your best chic, vintage, edgy, hypebeast, or  credit card scamming outfit on and walk the streets of NYC aimlessly. Show any  and everyone THAT YOUR ASS CAN DRESS! Now remember, each type of specified outfit works for different parts of New York. Anything chic, vintage or edgy belongs anywhere in the City. They’re all very bold, yet simple and classy fashions that need no specific destination. On the other hand these two, “HYPEBEAST ” and “CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS” have very specific destinations. Hypebeast fit nowhere else other than the fashion district itself, SOHO. If you’re going there, wear your ripped skinny jeans, long graphic tees or jerseys, Air Jordan 1’s or Sk8-Hi Vans. Walk and stand on Prince and Spring Street and remember to take pictures with your fingers covering your face. Now CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS belong anywhere they can’t afford to be, but because they ARE scammers they shop where they “now” can afford to be. So that’s basically anywhere they’re selling True Religions, or any designer belt. Basically, anywhere on 5th Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, or Macy’s. Overall the reasoning for stunting is obviously to show off! Why not? You’re in NEW YORK that’s exactly what you do, “STUNT”!

2. Party 

What is something that you would most likely tell yourself when planning/thinking about your summer break? “Oh my gosh, I just want to have fun & party”. Now let’s be a bit broader and elaborate on what we mean by “PARTY”. This goes along the lines of anything that has to do with being with a group of friends and having a great laugh. Or going out to a club that a friend is taking you to and waking up the next day in someone else’s home drunk with a hangover. Now, always be aware and wise about your party decisions. The last thing we need is anymore sober people walking around the streets of NY ruining it for all the drunks JK  :lol:.  But seriously, the best thing about your summer is being surrounded by your friends and family and of course the PARTies! We always expect the summer to be this amazing thing with these wild summer nights. If MEFeater can give any suggestions, one of them would be don’t PLAN just have FUN and TURN UP. The best thing about living in New York is that it never sleeps. You can start a party anywhere literally by just walking the block with your CLIQUE! So, drink it up, Smoke it up, Twerk it up & HAVE FUN!

3. CHILL

These are for the days when partying is not on today’s agenda, and of course you do exactly what is means and that’s “CHILL”. Because New York is one big tourist attraction itself, there’s about 1 Million things to do. So as the faithful Samaritans that we are, we decided to give you a few places to chill with some friends and family.

 1. Central Park

2. Dumbo Park

3. South Seaport

4. Washington Square Park

Amazing Chill spots that I’m pretty sure every New Yorker has been to at least once in their lives. If you haven’t taken a trip to any of these destinations by now, I believe it’s time to do so this summer. Have a drink, eat, walk your dog, and chill with your friends. This summer doesn’t need to be 100% devoted to the TURN UP! But also lets give some devotion to the CHILL and enjoy. 

STUNT, PARTY & CHILL – 

Live by this MOTTO for 2014 and have FUN. We all wonder why our summers never quite meet our expectations of what we expect it to be. That’s because we always over analyze and think about how perfect we want it to be. Live in the moment and have FUN for SUMMER of 2014 and remember STUNT, PARTY and CHILL.
